Everything you need to know about booking, living and studying at In-Domus.

Booking online

Booking is completed entirely online through our portal. You can choose your accommodation option, enter your details and submit your booking request. To secure your selected accommodation, payment of the Booking Amount and the Admin Fee is required. Once the payment is completed, you can digitally sign the Agreement directly online.

It depends on the accommodation type. For some options you may indicate a floor preference, which will be considered based on availability. For these options an additional cost may apply.

The Security Deposit will be refunded within sixty (60) days from the check-out date, after verification of the condition of the Accommodation Unit and any settlement of amounts due under the Accommodation Services Agreement.

The security deposit corresponds to two (2) monthly Fees and is required at the time of payment of the First Fee Instalment, as indicated in the Purchase Summary and in the Accommodation Services Agreement.

Yes. The accommodation is reserved for you only until the deadline indicated in the Purchase Summary. If the First Fee Instalment is not paid within that timeframe, the option expires and the accommodation becomes available again

If you decide not to proceed with the booking after making the payment, both the Booking Amount and the Admin Fee are non-refundable.

The Booking Amount and the Admin Fee are required during the online booking process to confirm your request and secure the selected accommodation. Once the payment is completed, the accommodation remains reserved for you until the deadline for paying the First Fee Instalment indicated in the Purchase Summary. The Booking Amount will then be deducted from the First Fee Instalment specified in the Agreement.
